Abstract
This publication addresses the rental market in the United States, where rents are becoming increasingly unaffordable in almost every U.S. metropolitan area for low- and middle-income families. There are seven strategies that the MacArthur Foundation employed in order to preserve affordable rental housing called Window of Opportunity. This report addresses each of the strategies and their outcomes.
